Saturday Delivery Methods

In order to use UPS Saturday Delivery for 2DA & NDA, clients must explicitly make a request to Client Service via client-service@amplifier.com.  If requested, all orders received after 2DA and NDA Friday cutoffs, but before Saturday cutoffs, will have accessorials added for Saturday delivery.

On Demand Manufacturing

Items being made On Demand by Amplifier must be ordered 5 business days prior to the related shipment cut-off in order to arrive on or before 12/24.  For example:  The Standard Shipping and UPS Ground cut-off for orders with an On Demand item must be placed by Monday 12/12.

Backorders during Peak Season

Clients occasionally over-sell items during Peak Season order spikes.  Amplifier does NOT partial ship unless explicitly instructed to do so in writing by our Clients.  If you wish to set a global rule that “during X days partial ship all orders,” so that no holiday orders are held because of backordered inventory, please contact client-service@amplifier.com.  Note that partially shipping orders will result in at least two shipping events for the order.  Any additional fulfillment costs will be charged to the Client.

Fulfillment times during Peak Season

Peak Season dates include the first week of December, Mondays during December, December 12-25th and New Year’s Eve.  During Peak Season dates Amplifier will make a best effort to maintain our shipping service level of shipping all in-stock items the day following order arrival.  However, we cannot offer service level guarantees due to unforeseeable spikes in Client shipping volume.  Because International Shipping cut-offs are earlier than Domestic, Amplifier reserves the right to fulfill Domestic Orders placed after the International Shipping cut-off prior to International Orders which would not arrive prior to 12/25 if fulfilled.

Fulfillment times during Order Spikes

When Clients experience spikes greater than 10 times their Daily Order Average, Amplifier reserves the right to ship the excess orders on the second day following the spike.  If a client experiences a spike greater than 20 times their Daily Order Average, Amplifier reserves the right to ship the excess orders on the second and third days following the spike.  A Client’s Daily Order Average is calculated from January 1 through October 31st.

Fulfillment times for Non-Ship-Ready and Oversize Items

Amplifier makes a best effort to ship all in-stock orders the day following their arrival.  However, Amplifier cannot offer service level guarantees for items in our warehouse that are not ship-ready or are oversized.

Non-Ship-Ready Items may include, but are not limited to:  textiles that arrive unfolded, glassware not boxed in a protective inner-box, posters/items requiring a shipment in a tube, kitted items requiring assembly.  Please refer to the Routing Guide for up-to-date information on Make Ready and related charges.

Oversize items are items that ship in containers whose length plus girth [(2x width) + (2x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches.

Receiving times during Peak Season

In order to make our best effort to fulfill all in-stock orders from Black Friday and Cyber Monday on the following business days, there will be no receiving activity for shipments that arrive on Wednesday, 11/23 (the day before Thanksgiving),  through Friday, 12/2.  Receiving activity will resume on Monday, 12/5.

ScreenPrinting during Peak Season

In order to make our best effort to fulfill all in-stock orders from Black Friday and Cyber Monday on the following business days, there will be no ScreenPrinting activity between Monday, 11/28 and Friday, 12/2.
